Ok, Showtime was horrible. But his new movie City by the Sea is excellent and he has to sequels to a couple of his biggest blockbusters coming out. They are Analyze That and Meet the Flockers. I can't wait to see both of these movies since the originals were so good. Now lets just pray their isn't a Showtime II coming out.

City By the Sea - WB

Analyze That - WB

Meet the Fockers - Universal

Sounds like a plant; could just be an enthusiastic De Niro fan.

...or maybe it's an intern from Tribeca Productions.

ARe you kidding me? What real people do you know who talk like this? And do you think a real DeNiro fan would call it "Meet the Flockers?"

Well, the IP address shall tell the tale.

and maybe I'm really multi billion dollar exec with the foutune 500 company.

Its sounds like they tried a little to hard to throw people off by almost sounding not quite like a publisist.

1) lots of people talk like that on message boards.
2) the publicists/fake fans rarely criticize other films, they just promote their films
3) they generally get the names of the movies correct
4) they normally provide a link to the website
5) they usually promote movies that are currently out
6) the IP address is AOL, so that doesn't tell you anything

1)Sorry, sounds a little too stilted to me. Like someone making a presentation while trying not to sound like they are.
2)The publicists may be resorting to more disingenious tactics now that we constantly give them shit and put articles about their nefarious practices on the front page of the site.
3)generally, unless see #2
4)same
5)Maybe this is their new tactic - promote "advance buzz"
6)Yes, it doesn't prove anything, nor does it disprove anything.
7)It's an insidious marketing tool, I tell ya! besides, hit and run posting is common for publicists types. So why hasn't our Deniro fan been back?
8)Or, maybe I just need to stop smoking up, and am seeing conspiracies everywhere. Twisted Evil
