If this truly is a democracy, then can we vote on banning multiple posts whose subject matter is also part of their username/nic.id, ...?

this board isn't a democracy, but if you notice spammy posts, if you bring them to our attention, we'll most likely get rid of them

allow myself to be more self-explanatory...

...can we vote on unnecessarily lengthy, tear-inducingly dull and generally uninteresting posts that [aren't mine and] always manage to mention a certain musical film that while is great in it's own right, but is quick-becoming-diminished-by-overzealous-fanatic(s), for instance?

It's probably best to just ignore and/or gripe right to his face. I wouldn't want to start deleting non-spam, non-offensive posts just because some people don't like 'em.
