|Coma-1978: When the lead character (Dr. Wheeler) goes to investigate Jefferson Institute, a nurse greets her at the door. You can clearly see the cameraman's reflection in the glass pulling the camera to follow her! Also, when Dr. Wheeler climbs the ladder, you can see the seams in her pantyhose which means they're inside out. So she probably kept having to take them on and off repeatedly to get the scene right, seeing as later she took them off for good.
Gremlins: When dad shows his son how the bathroom buddy works, shaving cream sprays all over his face. He takes a towel to clean it, but there's still alot left. But when dad turns his head, his face is instantly clean!
Misery: If she kept him in an upstairs bedroom, how did he sneak downstairs in a wheelchair?
Erin Brockovich: The waitress is wearing a name badge that says "Julia". In real life, that waitress is the real Erin Brockovich!
Evil Dead: There are absolutely NO mistakes in this masterpiece of a movie. Sheer genius.
Big: How come when Tom Hank's character first wakes up on the morning after he becomes "big" does his underwear still fit? Shouldn't they have become more of a thong?
Zombies of Mass Destruction: He nails her right foot to the floor, but in the next scene it's her left foot!
Flatliners: Even though Julia Roberts' character's name is Rachel, the dying old lady calls her "Julie". (There are actually many mistakes in this movie)...
