'm writing a screenplay for some dude and it involves a CIA/FBI style anti-terrorist plot, and I'm nearly done - just need some final scene inspiration. So rattle of some of your faves of the genre and I'll rent a couple and create screen magic n'shit.

Examples:
The Conversation
Enemy of the State (yes, I know they're one and the same)
Bourne Identity

Now you.

Oz - sucking your brain dry. Twisted Evil

Off the top of my head:

JFK
Nixon
Above The Law (hey, you said CIA/FBI movie)
Under Siege
Missing
Close Encounters Of The Third Kind Wink
In The Name Of The Father (Ok, not american, but its British Goverment, so...)
Seven Days In May
North By Northwest
Hunt For Red October
Patriot Games
Clear and Present Danger
Mississippi Burning
Silence Of The Lambs (maybe some grotesque stuff)

That's all I can think off. Hope that helps Smile

Spy Game: A relatively new entrant, but an interesting film nonetheless.
Donnie Brasco: I enjoyed the modern day portrayal of the mob, the FBI and featuring Pacino at his best.
Mississippi Burning: This one still has the power to knock you down.
Hunt for Red October: Ahhh the good old days of the Cold War.

That's all I can think of right now. I'm a bit uninspired at the moment.

Day of the Jackal

Yes, I know it's mostly Interpol, but I think there were some CIA guys in it. A much much better Carlos the Jackal movie than that crappy Bruce Willis remake.....well, at least Jack Black got his hand blown off in that one.
