Really, you can't tough out five days without a blunt? And I thought I was a stoner.
And yes, I second welcoming Cry to the board. People talk a lot of shit about the French these days, but you seem aight to me. |
thank you!
you know, in france too there is some prejudice about americans too... it always make me laugh, when people says about other people sad things, like they see them everyday.
i have wrote a top five of the prejudices (don' t take it bad plizzz)
1) American people are violent (all of them are wearing guns, they enjoy wars so they are dangerous )
2) USA is a dangerous world wide power (mondialisation) don' t make business with them! (bill gates)
3) americans are exploiting with law courts (they bind layers for everything)
4) americans are eating shit (mac donald and other things like that)
5) Americans feel superior (we are the best, so we can do everything we want) (george w bush)is it real?
and many other things.
you see that this is exaggerated, but what we can do agains "beaufs" ? many persons does' nt realize that this terms are stiring up the fire uselessly _________________ Ne dites pas de mal de vous, on vous croirait^^ |

I think #5 is some fucked up shit.
although you and Jack are meant for each other....
I had more of 'I can do the fuck whatever' syndrome
during the Clinton administration....
and I wasn't the only one.
Bush is having to put the pieces back together.
I REALLY feel sorry for the next dipshit who takes
control of the USA. _________________ Daniel san! Plaididdy-on....plaididdy off!

When cops block an entire lane pulling someone over in a high traffic area at a high traffic time. There was a parking lot right there! Why not pull in?!? |

#'s 2,3, and 5 are true to a degree
#4 is very true
#1 is true only in Texas _________________ I shouldn't get high to come up with ideas. I should come up with ideas, and THEN get high, to reward myself! |

McDonald's DOES blow. The burgers taste like sponges, the fries taste like paper, and the milk shakes taste like dogshit smoothies. Speaking of housepet poo, the drinks in general taste like iced cat piss. |

They sure taste like it. Then again, I never ate dogshit, so I'm guessing. Oh wait, I did, after sampling those milk shakes, I already unwittingly did.
I better call the Food and Health Department. |

The one I usually hear from Europeans is that Americans are stupid. Which is true, unfortunately.
Sometimes I'm ashamed to live in a country where 12 percent of the people think that Joan of Arc was Noah's wife. And where around 50 percent can't tell you how long it takes for the Earth to revolve around the Sun. Real statistics, both.
I wanna know if all French girls are 5'0". The small and cute look turns me on

Cry,(what a demure and ladylike moniker)
Welcome. May I (just for the record) answer a few of your questions? Overall, Americans ARE arrogant. Not because we want to be, but because our leaders tell us we have a right to be! Not all Americans though. Especially after 9/11. That was some realism for our asses! I would say the mass murder of innocents would kind of humble you, no? We (as a country) are overweight due to abundancy and availability. We are less intelligent than other countries because we take available knowledge for granted while others risk life and limb to come to this fucked up country to utilize what we don't. Knowledge is readily available here and so many could care less. However, please don't stereotype, as there are sweet apples in EVERY basket.

waaaaaaaaa i knew that one user will take my post seriously. I made this top five with some humour tone! every country have some stereotypes, and i thank it could be fun to compare and talk about how stupid it is.
about the 9/11 , you know, all countries had more difficult moments in their story (you didn' t have hitler mussolini and franco near you!! and poutine and afghanistan is not so far from france! brrrr ) we know war, al kaida attempts and other sad things!
about the arrogance, thanks for explain this, but don' t justify this please, this kind of behaviour should' nt be defend
hum, what is a "moniker" ? i hope this is not an insult, yeah? _________________ Ne dites pas de mal de vous, on vous croirait^^ |

Cry my lovely,
I didn't take offense to anything you said and I hope you didn't either. Defending arrogance? Never that. Just trying to explain it. There are NO excuses for jacked up behavior but at least if you know the reasoning behind it, you could understand it a little better. Defend it? I'm not that smart.
As for moniker, it just means your handle, your name. No insult, mon ami.

It's my choice to be arrogant, not only my right.
And really there's no need for any one to defend their views
of the USA as she did. Especially if trying to convey one's message
or point to someone overseas.
I love my country, the USA. If you talk shit about us or how we behave,
then expect to be so say 'hollywood bitchslapped' up side your head!!!! _________________ Daniel san! Plaididdy-on....plaididdy off!
