Undead is fun if you know what to expect. The commercials for it are marketing it like a "serious" zombie movie, and it's really not. It's not as over the top as Shaun of the Dead in the comedy department, but it's definitely done tongue in cheek.
But if you really want to check out a zombie move done purely for laughs (and done quite well), keep an eye out for Dead and Breakfast. _________________ I shouldn't get high to come up with ideas. I should come up with ideas, and THEN get high, to reward myself! |

Saw "The Machinist" over the weekend and thought the Hitchcockian score was a nice part of the general Hitchcock vibe of the whole flick.
Bale's performance was fantastic, and not just because of the weight loss, but because of how he is able to portray the man that he "used" to be, though we never really see that version of him on screen. It's a really haunting movie that I haven't been able to stop thinking about. |

Oh man, Rob Zombie is making a movie again, another horror movie.
Hasn't he learned already after House of 1000 Jackasses, err, Corpses? _________________ Slyder

Don't speak too soon. Every advance review I have read for The Devil's Rejects (and there have been about ten) has been extremely positive, some even calling it a masterpiece. _________________ That's just my opinion. You could be wrong.

I just hope it doesn't give me a migraine like House of a 1,000 Cliches did. |

From what I[ve read, if you like 70s exploitation horror movies, then this will be your ticket. _________________ That's just my opinion. You could be wrong.

Like it or hate it, Devil's Rejects isn't a horror movie. It's a killer redneck exploitation movie, but there's nothing scary about it. _________________ All movies mean something--even the ones that try not to. Paul Schrader |
