Rented this game. Jeezus, don't bother. What a total fucking GTA ripoff, only with glitchy coding, stupid and buggy controller layout, and boring missions. In one mission, my character got killed when a guard kicked him 100 feet into the air...wtf? I've only played 3 or 4 levels, and I've ditched it in disgust.

I hear Chicago Enforcer is ass as well.
Can't someone make a good 30's-period gangster game? Guess I'll have to go back and play the Chicago episodes of Nocturne again.
