It's starting to usurp Lost as my most watched show...last couple of Lost episodes weren't the greatest, and now this ridiculously long break? |

Just watched all of season one. Loved it. There seems to be a lot of displeasure among the fans regarding the final episode. What's the beef there? _________________ Scott Weinberg |

Well, the big superhero-supervillain showdown was kind of lame - we'd sort of had round one and round two of Peter vs. Sylar, and I for one was looking for the finale to be something along the lines of Fantastic Four 2; instead, it was sort of like the lame kung fu movies where henchmen decide attacking Jet Li one at a time is a good idea. Also, I wanted Sylar pretty much incontrovertibly dead; I'm a big fan of not undercutting the cathartic moment.
There were also some fans that didn't realize Peter was barely holding the EMP from hell in and thus couldn't spare the concentration fly on his own power, but some people need everything explained. _________________ Blogs: Jay's Movie Blog, Transplanted Life, The Trading Post |

What he said.
Maybe it packs a bigger punch when you're watching the DVDs one after the other, but after watching it on TV ALL. season. long. it felt like we were going to get something EPIC!!11 But, not so much.
I'm still excited for the second season, though. I frigging LOVE the cast. |

I keep watching, but a bit more out of habit than genuine intrigue. |
It is worth watching! |
